Earl Edward Hamilton, 82, passed away April 23, 2016. He was born April 10, 1934 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Mae Edmond and William Hamilton. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Hamilton, Frank Hamilton, sisters, Helen McCaleb and Lucille Scarborough. Ed is survived by his wife, Rosalie Hamilton; three children, Glen Hamilton (Melody), Dudley Hamilton, Julie (Karl) Nodine; four grandchildren, Brent Sederholm, Calain Hamilton, Jessica Nodine, Melissa Nodine; sister, Betty Sheppard; brother-in-law, Jack McCaleb; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Ed could "fix" anything and nothing ever went to waste. He would drop everything to help someone if they needed something "fixed". He was also an avid reader, hunter, fisherman and loved to travel with Rosalie, his wife of 60 years. They made many friends all over the country and he will be sorely missed.
Funeral Services will be Friday, April 29, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. at Weed-Corley-Fish on South Congress. Private burial.
