Benito Hipolito, Sr. age 86 a lifelong resident of Austin, went to be with The Lord on Tuesday, August 22, 2006. Benito was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Hipolito. Survived by his sons, Benito Hipolito, Jr. of San Jose, CA, Edward Hipolito of Austin, Jesse Ray Hipolito and Jesse Israel Hipolito both of Austin, and Johnny Hipolito of Pflugerville; daughters, Guadalupe Noyola of Corpus Christi and Gloria Hipolito of Buda; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brother, Jesse Hipolito of Lockhart. Serving as pallbearers will be Romeleo Hipolito, Edward V. Hipolito, Jr., Christopher Hipolito, Steve Bazan, Jesse Israel Hipolito, and Remigio Calzonzi.
