Terry Shea

February 29, 1928 – January 1, 2012

Passed away surrounded by his loving family just shy of his “21st” birthday. Devoted husband of Marion for 62 years. Best ever father of Barry (Shirley), the late Val McNulty (Paul), the late Nancy Shannon (Rob), Ken (Vicki), Susan Gwilliam (Larry), and Patty (Brian). Loving papa to Sherri-Lee (Sam), Darryl (Tanya), Ryan (Amanda), Jennifer, Kelly (Julian), Patrick (Adrienne), Christopher, Kevin, Julia, Shawn, Darren, Amy and Jason, and proud great grandpa of Kade, Linden, Tia, Onya, and Liam. Sadly missed by brother Gerald (Joyce), and sister-in-law Eileen. Predeceased by his brother Norman and sisters Florence and Ida. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Friends may call at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Pkwy. S. (north east corner of Yonge St. & Industrial Pkwy. S.), Aurora, on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 6-9pm. Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15347 Yonge St. (north of Wellington St.), Aurora, on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 11am. In keeping with Terry’s wishes donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society, Holland River Unit in memory of his daughters Val and Nancy would be appreciated.
