Darlene, Nancy & family Lynne & I are very sad and shocked to hear the news of Ron's passing. After many childhood memories, it was a pleasure to meet Ron again after so many years in Toronto. He will be missed.

Cheryl and I feel so sorry for you.  Ron was such a kind and gentle man.  It is difficult to find the appropriate thing to do or say at this time but we are thinking of you, Nancy and Pat, Anita and Ron and boys, and we are remembering Ron for the good friend, husband, father, brother, and uncle that he was.

I just returned from vacation and saw the notice for Ron in the July 1 edition of the Toronto Star. I was very shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Our condolences and prayers go to you, Andrea and your families.

I'm so sorry. I'm truly stunned and saddened at Ron's passing. Although I have never met either one of you, I did have the pleasure of talking to Ron on a number of occasions about his family, one or two vacations and his daughter's wedding - a truly proud moment for him for sure.

I have been dealing with Ron for about 3 years or so on business for our company and he was always a true gentleman to work with. Always pleasant and cheerful on the phone and the same when we would get together in person. I'm grateful to have met him.

My thoughts are with you at this extremely difficult time.

Was surprised and shocked to read about Ron's passing in today's Star. I worked with Ron in the Planning Dept. at Gulf and fondly remember 
him as a people person.
Unfortunately I cannot attend the service on Wednesday but will remember Ron and you and the family in my prayers

Lo siento...I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He was a fine and gentle person and will be missed by many folks. Rest easy my friend.

Ron was a decent man who never spoke badly of anyone. A talented singer/guitarist who will be missed by many. I have fond early memories of playing drums with Ron and his dad a good fiddle player at their homestead in Arnprior.
