Tony Donald Padilla

Tony D. Padilla of Thornton, Colorado passed away on September 27th, 2016 at his home of 42 years. He was born January 14th, 1936 in San Rafael, NM to Zacharias and Theresa Padilla. He worked as a truck driver for ABF and Navajo freight lines and was an active member of the Teamsters Local 17. He went on to become a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, going to Black hawk and dancing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Zacharias and Theresa Padilla; sister, Margaret Gonzales; brothers, Ernest Padilla and Orlando Padilla; grandson, Marco Rael.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dora Padilla; sister, Viola Padilla; brothers Pat, Ruben and Harold Padilla; son, Tony Padilla; daughters, Karen Rothrock and Marissa Blea; step-daughters, Diana Sandoval and Edith Martinez; grandchildren; Reanna Rael, Jeffery Martinez, Roxi Rothrock, Emilio Lemos, Rance Rothrock, Demario Orozco, and Raquel Rothrock; great-grandchildren; Skylar and Ashlyn Martinez.
