Timothy was born in Hartford, CT but has made Augusta his home for many years. He had a heart of gold who always would lend a helping hand to others. He was a blessing to all who knew him. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing Bingo, crocheting baby blankets for the NICU at Doctor’s Hospital and playing his Gameboy. Timothy also was a client of Golden Generation of Augusta, GA.
Timothy is preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Rosemary Plotts. Survivors include his loving mother, Kim Payne; aunt, Cathleen Abilez (John); uncle, William Plotts Jr. (Brenda); father, Timothy Payne Sr. (Shirley); cousins, Brandon Plotts, Bobbie Jo King and her children, Maddie, Dani and Wyatt; and Richard William Patrick Jr and his son, William Patrick; his four-legged siblings, Rosebud and Dewey; and his four-legged cousins, Bella and Thor.
A memorial service will be held at 6pm, Tuesday, May 28 2024 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after the funeral.
