Anna B. Zynn, 93 passed away on October 29, 2024. She was born on June 27, 1931 to Chester Garr Hurst and Eula Bess Carpenter Hurst. After finishing schooling with a 4.0 GPA, Anna received some medical training and received a Resident Manager Award. She also received Florist Awards in her time as a floral designer. Anna loved reading the Bible, painting, sewing, horticulture, crafts, and baking banana nut muffins. She was a member of Faith International Christian Church.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Genevieve Seaman and Donna Woodruff, three husbands, Harry Keith Meadows, Glenn Lee Benton, and Alfred Zynn, two sons, Michael Keith Meadows and Mark Anthony Meadows, a daughter, Jacqueline Raye Meadows, and a grandson, Paul Anthony Meadows. She is survived by her sisters, Hazel Welsh and Jeannie Bulow (Ron), a son, Garey Meadows, two daughters, Charlene Townsley (Clifford) and Darlene Oglesby (Bobby), 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service is being held on Saturday, November 9, at 10:30 at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, Florida. Burial will follow at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
