Ray loved talking with friends, playing his PS4, fishing and spending as much time with his youngest Raylee, as she always wanted Daddy to take her to the beach and the park. He also loved wrestling and would try to wrestle with her as well as his cousin Ian.
Besides his children, he leaves behind his fiancée of eight years Jill Simas, his Father Hawk Bailey, who was Ray's hero. Everytime Hawk's name was brought up he had said he will always be my hero, right there. He loved the saying "it is what it is" He also leaves behind his Mother Arline Chadwick, his sister Pamela Chadwick, his nephew Adam and Niece Alicia and grand niece Zouri; and I can't leave out that he left behind his buddy aka cousin, Ian. Growing up together they were inseparable, they did everything together including fishing for stripper. Ray also leaves his two first cousins Greyson and Gunner, his aunts and uncles and his beloved friends. Ray would have given the shirt off his back for anyone as long as they were honest with him and didn't beat around the bush when trying to ask.
We all love and miss you Ray Ray. May you fly high and be at peace and continue watching over your kids as they need you, especially for your fiancée and Raylee as we still need you. Fly high my love!
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 1 pm at the Chadwick residence, 114 Leighton Road, Augusta, ME.
