Robert Allen Gray

Bob was born in Pontiac, Michigan on March 10, 1955. He graduated from Lake Orion High School, class of 1973. Bob completed two years at the University of Michigan before joining a minor league baseball team out west. He completed his degree at Midwestern Bible College and joined the US Army. In the Army, Bob earned his teaching certification and upon discharge, starting teaching high school science, english, and history. Bob married Cindy Wilson on July 14th, 1984 at Lakecrest Baptist Church in Waterford. He and Cindy raised their family in Auburn Hills.

Bob was a member of Vision Baptist Church. He loved Michigan Football and Tigers baseball. He was interested in conservative politics.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Cindy Gray; children Leah Eugineroy and Robert Gray Jr.; siblings David (Shirley) Gray, Artie (Tom) Molyneux, Barb (Terry) Childers, Terry (Linda) Gray, and Linda Ruben; as well as many nieces and nephews. Bob is predeceased by his Father William Gray; mother Buela Tuck; step-mother Norma Jean Gray; and sister Donna Smith.

Bob’s family welcomes all to a visitation on Tuesday May 11, 2021 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at noon at Pixley Home, located at 3530 Auburn Rd in downtown Auburn Hills, Michigan. Burial will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Michigan at 2:30 p.m.
