Jerry was born in San Francisco to parents, Victor and Isabella. He lived in Pacifica, California until he moved to Foresthill, California with his wife Georgette, "Billee" Franks in 2000.
He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Runström of Lowell, Michigan, son Steve Franks of Pacifica, California, and daughter Danyle Efcavitch of Reno Nevada. He is also survived by grandson Christopher Runström granddaughter Jenna Efcavitch and great grandson Milo Runström.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Billee Franks in 2009.
Jerry worked as a carpenter, but in his spare time, loved to travel with his wife in their RV, spending time with friends, golfing, and classic cars
