Memorial services for Mitchell Everett Ellis, age 70, of Gadsden who passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Mitchell was an Army Veteran and a member of the VFW. He worked at the Anniston Army Depot. He loved Nascar and Auburn Football.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Edgar Ellis, mother, Jeanie Bonnie Lacy and brother, Terry Grant Ellis.
Survivors include his former spouse, Ginger Hachez (Romeo); daughter, Tinya Lee (Allen), brother: Billy Lacy (Joyce) and Timothy Lacy; sister-in-law, phyllis Ellis and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
