J.B. Hill, age 87, of Trussville, Alabama passed away on Sunday, August 30th, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Junius and Carrie Hill, sisters Hortence Bates and Wanda Hill. He is survived by his wife Barbara Patterson Hill, son Ken Hill, daughters Connie Story (Orville) and Angie Battle (Doug). Grandchildren; Buddy Story (Carrie), Carrie Story, Ashley Dunaway and Erik Dunaway (Jenny). Great Grandchildren; Ethan, Jackson, Addison, Luke and Forrest.
Mr. Hill was a native of Attalla, Alabama, and served in the US Army from 1954 until 1956. After serving in the Army he enrolled in Alabama School of Trade in Gadsden, Alabama, where he studied and began his career as a welder, then with hard work and dedication continued on to become a mechanical designer at Robbins/Joy Manufacturing where he enjoyed an early retirement.
