Betty Karen Allen

Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel, Attalla for Betty Karen Allen, 76, Coates Bend, who passed away on May 22, 2020. Bro. Eddie Stevenson officiating. Burial at Crestwood Cemetery.

Betty was a lifelong resident of Etowah County and was of Catholic faith. She was a loving wife and mother. Betty was a homemaker and a wonderful cook. She loved animals and her favorite hobby was shopping and she did it well. Betty was simply unique and one of a kind.

Betty will be sorely missed by her family and friends including her sons, Bobby Jr. (Audra), Wade (Tracy) and Nicky; grandchildren, Cierra, Zane and Zoey Benson; sister Beverly (Ronnie) Whiteport; brother-in-law Bill Billingsley; and several nieces and nephews. Special friends Bonnie Foreman, Irene Arledge and chosen daughter and caregiver Pam Brown.

Betty was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Bobby Mac (Blinky) Allen, Sr. and sister Cathy Jean Billingsley.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 26, 2020 from 12 until 1 p.m. prior to the service at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
