A visitation for Bertha will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a chapel service at 10:00 AM. Burial at Aurora Cemetery.
Bertha is preceded in death by husband, James “Bud” Hooks; son-in-law, Tony Pruitt; Parents, Verbon and Lonnie Mae Goss; sister, Yvonne “Bonnie” Hancock; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Judy Goss; brothers-in-laws, Jerry Collins and Michael Jones.
Bertha is survived by daughter, Ann Pruitt; grandson, Adam Pruitt; Chosen Family, Pam and Clint Harris; sisters, Linda Collins Jones and Joyce (Bobby) Montgomery; Brother-in-law, J.D. Hancock; sister-in-law, Linda Wilson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Adam Pruitt, Ricky Collins, Riley Collins, Clint Harris, Jason Browning, and Jerry Hancock.
