Anthony "Tony" Pruitt

Funeral Services for Mr. Anthony “Tony” Pruitt, age 59 of Attalla, will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Morgan Funeral Chapel with Bro. Scott Barksdale officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Tony passed away on his birthday Thursday, November 17, 2022 at UAB. Tony was a loving husband, and he loved his son more than anything. He was an avid Alabama football fan and he enjoyed his hobby of collecting Hot Wheels.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Ann Pruitt, his son, Adam Pruitt, his father, Buford Pruitt and his sister, Kristi (Chris) White.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Pruitt and his brother Barry Pruitt.

Pallbearers will be Clint Harris, Chris White, Edwin Pruitt, Joe Bobo, Tim Hurst and Doug Eaton.

Mark Newsome will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Morgan Funeral Chapel from 12:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M.

Tony will be greatly missed by his family, friends and his Hot Wheels family.
