Richard Charles Williams, loved by family and friends, was called to heaven on March 12, 2018 at age 67. He will be remembered as a wonderful father of two boys Evan and Nick, a great husband to his wife Terri, and the best grandfather to his three young grandchildren (Walker, Charles, and Price).
Rich’s most enduring legacy will be his love of his family. He was married to the love of his life, Terri, for 38 years. They were inseparable and loved spending time vacationing with their boys and their families.
To those fortunate enough to meet him, he will be remembered for his love of helping others. A philanthropist and mentor, he was a trusted advisor to many and a caring heart to others. He dedicated his professional career to helping others, working in health care and serving as CEO for Catholic health systems as well as founding several businesses based in teaching and consulting.
His life’s dedication was to help others and be kind, and his lasting legacy is one of love and kindness. In lieu of donations or flowers, please be kind and help a stranger today.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 16, 1:30 p.m. at The Cathedral of Christ the King 2699 Peachtree Road in Atlanta.
