Former art curator and owner of Fred Reed Picture Framing passed away peacefully onn January 6, 2024.
Her beacon of light for all in the community will carry on.
She expanded Atlanta’s oldest framing business from a small venture in the basement of the High Museum into the Southeast’s largest supplier of custom frames and framed art.
Patricia is survived by her brothers Mark and Gary Horton. Family Alison Horton, Victoria and Michael Meaney, Alexandra and Zandra Horton.
Her cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed at Fred Reed Picture Framing Inc and all of Atlanta. In
celebrating her life, we find solace in the memories that will be etched in our hearts.
