Mildred N. Wolfe

Mildred Nevada Wolfe passed away Tuesday, March 18th, 2025 and was a resident at King's Bridge Retirement Community in Atlanta, Georgia. She was 89 years old. Millie was born in Roseburg, Oregon on May 21st, 1935 and was the middle of three daughters to Thomas Elmer and Alice Strode. She attended Oregon College of Education in Monmouth Oregon receiving her Elementary Education degree. She taught Elementary for 28 years. Millie married Roland Wolfe in 1958 and moved to Salem Oregon, where they raised their two children, Janet and Steve. Millie and Ron enjoyed living in beautiful Central Oregon in the Eagle Crest golf community. They had a wonderful life together, involved in both Calvary Baptist Church and Redmond Community Church. They enjoyed golf, skiing, mission trips and hosting their community group. Ron passed away in 2023 and Millie moved from Oregon to Georgia to be near her daughter's family. Millie loved The Lord, enjoyed books, and loved art and painting. She loved to work in the garden and loved a good shopping trip with her daughter Janet. Millie was preceded in death by her husband Ron of 64 years. She is survived by her daughter Janet Webb (Ken Webb) of Dunwoody, GA, and son, Steve Wolfe (Ann Wolfe) of San Jose, CA. Grandchildren Meagan (Matt) Cinder, Molly Webb, Maggie Webb, Jordan Wolfe, Kristin Wolfe, Lauren Wolfe, Max Wolfe and Natalie Wolfe. Great Grandchildren, Webb, Hattie and Emma Cinder and Noah Wolfe. She is also survived by her sister, Mavis Bowes, Truckee CA. and Sister in Law, Sharon Thorbeck of Astoria Oregon.
