There is truly something magnificent about how GOD puts people into our lives. And each person brings their own significance as to how our lives are improved. Fran did that for me and for my life. She exuded so much  care, helpfulness, compassion & emphaty that she didn't keep it all to herself, but shared it all with those she loved and respected. How fortunate was I to be on the receiving end of her caring & sharing! I will never forget her! Rest in Peace & Heaven, Ms. Fran!

We are truly going to miss Fran. She was the BEST!!! I will always remember her smile and her sharp dressing and always always willing  to help. I am the treasurer for Lakeside Council as well as the GA Chapter Vice-President and have had to call Fran for advice on many occasions. She was always so kind and didn’t mind sharing her knowledge. And oh what knowledge and stories she had about the Pioneers and finances.  The memorial service was beautiful. God bless your family. Praying for strength and peace.

We met Fran through the Telephone Pioneers and Fran has been a long-time friend and volunteer of the American Parkinson Disease Assoc., (APDA).  She was always there every year to volunteer at the APDA golf tournament.  There was one time that we didn't have enough cart drivers to get volunteers to their posts and Fran spoke up and said, 'I can drive it!'  And so she did!  We will miss her. She was a true telephone Pioneer and kept us all financially straight with our finances.  She will be missed.

Fran was really a fabulous person with great taste in clothes and cars. She always was a stunning dresser and carried herself so well. I was so happy to be part of her life. I thought she was such awesome  friend and Fran was always available to talk about anything. She taught DUI classes up until recently and was a lovely character who you just had to have in your life. Once Fran called me 24 hours before a Pioneer’s meeting and asked me to speak for 45 minutes.  Who could turn down such a friend. I will miss her driving up in her red Jaguar and always having a great smile. I am going to miss this one if a kind beautiful, smart active to the end women. Goodbye kid!


Our sincere condolences to all who grieve our Aunt Fran. We all share a great lose. Maybe this bible passage will soften the blow from this enemy Death. "If an able-bodied man dies, can he live again?  All the days of my compulsory service I shall wait, until my relief comes. You will call, and I myself shall answer you. For the work of your hands, you will have a yearning." (Job 14:14,15) Job knew that after he died, a time of waiting in sleep of death lay ahead of him. To him, that release was a certainty.  He knew his Creator would " have a yearning" to see his servant again. Our Creator longs to bring back to life all righteous individuals and give them the opportunity to live forever in Paradise on earth. Since this is Jehovah's will and purpose who can stop him. Just as Aunt "Hatch" is alive in our memories she is alive in Jehovah's memory and at his time he will resurrect her to life in Paradise where we all have the opportunity to be with her again. 

Fran was such a sweet friend. So kind and always had a smile on her face. I enjoyed having dinner with her at the Pioneer State Assemblies.  We will all miss her. Prayers for her family. ❤️

Fran, you were always such an inspiring person. You welcomed me as your Chapter Vice President and shared your Presidential
information/knowledge with me. Later when you became Chapter Treasurer,  Southside Council Treasurers Sandy Cook and Jean Smith had no problems calling you for answers and then to chat because you  always had  encouraging words. Southside Council members will always remember your smiling face and we were glad to see your expressions at Pioneer gatherings. You were the best example of a Pioneer/President in 2001 with your theme:  Preserve Our World - Envision the Future.   Fran, you will be missed by Southside Council.

So sorry for family’s loss. I worked with Fran in Atlanta , Southern Bell for many years. She was intelligent and everyone thought the world of her. She will be truly missed.

Sincere condolences to the family. Fran was a very hard worker for the Telephone Pioneers...always friendly and willing to help.  She served countless hours of volunteering over many years for charitable causes. She will be sorely missed. Fairwell good friend and goodbye until we meet again.

I will always be forever grateful for Fran's support of me.  But not only of me, but for many others that she met along the path of her journey here with us. I am deeply grieved and  sorrowful to hear of her passing, but I am feel that GOD KNOWS her heart and has therefore received her Spirit as one OF HIS OWN. I am honored to have known and to have worked with her. My deepest condolences to the family. 

So sorry to hear of the passing of Fran. She was a friend to everyone she knew. I worked with Fran for 20 years at BellSouth and after retirement with the pioneers on many occasions. I retired in 1994 and Fran & Bob gave us a retirement party at their lovely home and a few years later another gathering at their home reminiscing  the past years of friendship.She was one of a kind and would help anyone. Love & prayers to Sherry,Debbie ,Grandkids and all the Family.May God Bless all of you
