Veda was born in Rock City Falls, NY to the late Benaiah Crewe and Pearl Salzman Crewe, where she attended local schools. After high school, Veda graduated from Alma College with a bachelor’s degree in English. Veda lived most of her life in Clinton Township, Michigan and was a long-time member of St. John the Apostle Anglican Church. She taught English for several years, before becoming a mother and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Wilson and brother, Hayward Crewe.
Veda is survived by her son, Daniel “Danny” E. Wilson and his wife, Sharon of Nicholson, GA, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 29, 2023, in Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan with Father Terry Moore officiating.
