Born in Lexington, Kitty was the daughter of the late Jeff and Sallie Esco. She retired as a cafeteria worker at Hilsman Middle School in Athens where she worked for 36 years.
In addition to her parents, Kitty was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray White; and a sister, Cecelia West.
Survivors include her children: Tina M. White and Thomas Gregory White; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 29, at 2:00 p.m., in the Bernstein Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dave Smith officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
