Mazie Smith

A native of Homer, GA, Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late Clarence and Alma Smith Wood and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Smith. She was a receptionist at the Physical Plant at the University of Georgia and a member of Hull Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughter, Patsy S. Fullwood and husband, Tony of Hull; son, Robert T. Smith and wife, Tess of Lynnville, TX; brother, Jerry Wood of Orlando, FL; sisters, Ruth Brown of Commerce, GA, Merle Batson of Easley, SC, Wilma Whidby of Loganville; GA, and Nell Airial of Plains, GA; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday, November 15th at Hull Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Crowe officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Thursday, November 14th at Bernstein Funeral Home.
