Joyce was born June 1, 1936 in Visalia, California. She was the daughter of the late George Maurice and Blanche Hendricks Garcia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dean Duvall.
She worked as an administrative assistant and love working crossword puzzles and reading books.
Survivors include her two daughters, Donele Ware (Chris Agee) of Watkinsville, GA and Lisa Calborn (Jeff) of Pocola, OK; son, Donald Dean Duvall (Lisa) of Visalia, CA; brother, Maurice Garcia (Barbara) of Visalia, CA; grandchildren, Anthony, Caitlin and Elizabeth Ware, Kelsey, Zane, and Liam Duvall and Garrett Wilson; great grandchildren, Philip and Stella Ware.
In keeping with Joyce’s wishes she was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
