Jerry Gene Fowler, 68, of Athens, died November 9, 2015.
He was the son of the late Johnny A. Fowler and Hattie E. Bradley.
He is survived by three children, Teresa J. (David) Norris of Hull, Stephen L. (Brandie) Fowler of Farmington, and Roman G. Fowler of Athens; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters and one brother, Elizabeth F. Robinson, Kenneth Fowler, Debbie F. Strickland, Patricia Ann Fowler, and the late Raymond Fowler.
A memorial service will be held at New Haven Baptist Church, located at 1761 U.S. Hwy. 29, Athens, GA 30601 on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 3 p.m.
