Brandon Mitchell McDevitt

Brandon was born April 14, 1984 in Athens to Ricky Mitchell McDevitt and Pamela Kathleen Maxwell.

He was preceded in death by his, paternal grandparents, Fred and Alice McDevitt and his maternal grandfathers, Wilbur Johns and David Sharp.

Brandon love music and enjoyed singing. He was always the life of the party and ready to have a good time.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Pamela and Kelby Maxwell; his father and stepmother, Ricky and Sandra McDevitt; siblings, Joseph McDevitt, Katie Jackson, Nikki McDevitt, Elvis McDevitt and Zackary Melton; stepbrothers, Brian and Josh Flanigan; maternal grandmother, Catheryn Elaine Mundy; aunts, Paula Gordon, Patricia Dew, Faye Rosario, Tammy Johns, Lenora Buckles and Angela Anderson; uncles, Ronald McDevitt, Donald McDevitt and Randy McDevitt; and a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Brandon’s Life will be 2 p.m, Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the Grace Baptist Church, 6401 Hog Mountain Road, Bogart, Georgia 30622, with Pastor Ed Strickland and Rev. Kelby Maxwell officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home of his aunt, Faye Rosario, following the service.
