Karen Denise Collier

Karen was born August 7, 1967 at Huntsville Hospital, Madison County to Charles and Geraldine Collier. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Charlie Collier.

Karen grew up in Limestone county and graduated from East Limestone High School. She worked in configuration management at Boeing and CGI in Huntsville. She loved animals, especially dogs. She volunteered at Madison Animal Rescue Foundation (MARF) where she fostered several dogs before adoption. Her favorites were her own, Harley, Max, and Izzy.

Survivors include one uncle, Dwight Siniard (Cindy); eleven cousins: Greg Osburn, Teresa DuRoss, Judy Johnson, Brian Siniard, Cindy Wessel, Steve Siniard, Dale Siniard, Mark Siniard, Marianne Tavenner, Margaret Richmond and Jamie Ward.

There will be a graveside service at Roselawn Cemetery Friday, February 2, 2024 at 11 a.m. with Jerome Hilliard officiating and McConnell Funeral Home directing.
