You will be in my thoughts and life forever.  Your true kindness and love taught me loving ways with my family.  I have happy memories of our long chats, cards and golf games together.  I've always been so grateful to you and dad for making me feel so welcome and comfortable in your family.  I thank you for Wayne the love of my life, my soul mate.

I was so happy to hear that you were with your Mom when she passed. The times (years ago) that I spent with her and your dad were wonderful. It was obvious that she was a good mother in law to Kerry and a super Grandma to all her grandchildren. Her life was very full and she made others happy to be around her. I will always have fond memories of Lorraine.

I will cherish the many memories I have with you and am so grateful to have had you in my life.  The many summers at the lake, the card games, taking us into to Carlyle to go shopping, sharing your books with me and getting me to love reading on summer days, your excellent sour cream chicken and teaching me how to fish using a drop line.  I will always hold these memories so close to my heart.  Your love of shoes has been passed on to me and to Ashley!  Your legacy will live on with your family as it continues to grow, you are our roots.

Dearest Grandma,

I will never forget the summers spent at my second home in which there were lots of cards played like double solitaire or the nights we went to bingo. All the memories will always live on. I am glad you are in a peaceful, pain free place looking over us when we all need it most. You will be dearly missed but never forgotten. As you have left us now your stories will always be told by many and remembered by all. I love you Grandma and miss you too!!

My sweet dainty beautiful great gramma!! How lucky am I to have the privilege of having you a part of my life, and my daughters!! How many people get the chance to have a five generation get together and keepsake photos!! We will never forget your cheerful laugh, an the smile you always had on your face! Eugene, mom and I spent so many hours at your tiny little cozy apartment. Uge and I engrossed in toys, you and mom busy playing cards. You so special to everyone, but I know in my heart that you were expecially special to my mama. Like gramma Lix to me, you were for mom. She looked up to you, she learnt from you, and every single day she thought about you. In our lives we seldom find jewels like you. And I'm proud to say we were all so lucky to have you as a part of our lives :) although we morn your loss, we also can smile, we know your happy, peaceful, and most of all pain free! Thank you for raising my superstar, mrs. Donna Lix. Who than made my mama!!! Three amazing, strong an beautiful women!! Live your life free, decisions are never a mistake just a lesson we need to be who we are!! We love you and will always miss you great gramma!! My lovely Grandma Conroy, though I did not know you as well as I would have liked for a part of my life, I will never forget the time we were able to spend together in the last four months before your passing. I will always remember your beautiful smile, the smell of your powder you always wore and your kind words as I visited with you in the hospital while I worked. I am so thankful that our time spend together was always so cheerful, full of laughter, jokes and talk about the memories of our family.  I love you so much and may you forever wear that lovely smile that could light up a room. You are forever in my heart and memory.

I would like you to know that you have always been a true Mom to me.  I will remember you for being the kind loving lady you were.  I was proud to call you Mom...You will be missed.

Our dearest Gramma. Forever will be remembered our golf games where we laughed so hard we could hardly hit the ball, the endless hours of cards, our many cherished lunches and the memories that were built during our time together. You touched our life with your loving,caring and giving heart and taught us what family means. My Deepest Sympathies to all the families. I have such wonderful early childhood memories at the Conroy residence in Viceroy. Lorraine always had such good advice to us young girls and had such an awesome sense of humour. She will be dearly missed.
