David Harkins, of Regina, SK, passed away July 7, 2016 at age 70. Predeceased by his parents, Madeline and George and nephew Allen Moberg, David is survived by son Shane Harkins (Danielle), daughter Rhonda Harkins (Tom), twelve grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, one sister Elda (Merv) Barnes, three brothers, Jim, Henry (Ellen), and Lawrence, two foster sisters, Barbara and Josephine as well as numerous other relatives.
