Jim was a former plant manager at Hamilton Hybar. He was a faithful parishioner at Ashland Presbyterian Church. He was a veteran who served our country in the United States Marines. Jim enjoyed fishing, cycling, scuba-diving, guitar, and most of all traveling with his family.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 63 years, Kathleen King Pugh; children, James Arnall Pugh and Gwynn Pugh Hubbard (John); grandchildren, Nathanael Robert Hubbard (Melyssa) and Johnathan Elijah Hubbard.
A Memorial gathering will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA 23005.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jim's memory to Ashland Presbyterian Church, 401 Virginia St., Ashland, VA 23005.
