Owensby, Carol Ann (nee Gorski), 77, of Barnhart, MO, fortified with the Sacraments of the Church on Friday, May 1, 2020. Beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Agnes Gorski; beloved wife of the late Hershel L. Owensby, Sr.; dear mother of Cheryl (Brian) Wolfmeier, Roger (Karla), Hershel Jr. (Debbie) and the late Dennis Owensby; dear sister of Mary Ann Gorski, Joan Tolias and the late Robert (survived by “Chick” Wiejaczka) and Raymond (survived by Peggy) Gorski; dear grandmother of Christopher (Kaitlynne) and Corey (Danielle) Wolfmeier, Steven (Abbey), Bradly, Jacob (Mindy), Susan and Daniel Owensby; dear great-grandmother of Teagan, Kale, Wesley, Naomi, Mila and Jameson; our dear sister-in-law, niece, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.

Carol was a beloved and active member of St. John the Beloved Disciple Catholic Church in Imperial, MO. Services: Visitation will be held Monday, May 11, 2020 from 4-8 pm with a prayer service at 7:15 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. John’s Catholic Church, Saint Vincent DePaul Society or the charity of one’s choice.
