Jamie Allan Otto, 39, of Arlington, WA passed away on July 17, 2015. He was born on May 13, 1976 in Missoula, MT to John Otto and Judy Dempewolf. He was a graduate of Arlington High School and worked as a construction laborer for the local 292 in Everett. Jamie spent most of his free time participating in Civil War re-enactments. He was a very loving and caring person and loved his dog “Spunky.” Jamie was preceded in death by his brother Jason LeRoy Otto and sister Jessica Lynn Otto. He is survived by his father John Otto of Silvana, mother Judy Croom of Arlington, brother Jeffrey John Otto of Mount Vernon, and sisters Kelly and Kara of Minneapolis, MN. A visitation will be held Monday, July 27, 2015 from 10am-5pm at Weller Funeral Home with a graveside service taking place Tuesday July 28, 2015 at 1pm at Arlington Municipal Cemetery.
