Service: Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home.
Simona was a mother who loved cooking and crocheting, and she adored her cats. Above all else, Simona loved her family dearly.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Susano Castillo; and two sons, Cevero and Lupe. She will surely be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors: Sons, Ignacio Castillo (Pauline), Celestino Castillo (Lupe) Pete Castillo (Gracie), Domingo Castillo (Esther), Benjamin Castillo (Marie), Juan "John" Castillo (Sarah), Antonio "Tony" Castillo and Pablo Castillo (Eva); daughters, Agapita Cerda (Jose), Susana Gutierrez, Dora Castillo, and Rosa Barron (Serafin); sister, Amalia Reyes; 57 grandchildren; 123 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
