Rebecca Ann (Juarez) Whisenhunt

Rebecca was born November 19, 1980 in Odessa TX to Antonio Juarez and Estella Lopez Juarez. She was the youngest of 3 three children and her siblings thought her to be the most spoiled. Her family moved to the DFW area in the late 1980's where in 1999 Rebecca graduated from Mansfield High School.

A hard worker, Rebecca was deeply involved in volunteering, both for work functions and for all five of her daughters school activities. Even with her failing health Rebecca insisted on being involved in helping with the Dallas Gay Pride Parade as recently as mid September 2018. Rebecca was also a huge Dallas Cowboy football fan. She spent many years working in upper retail management until finding her career path as an Insurance Adjuster. At the time of her passing she had recently celebrated her 2nd year working for Progressive Insurance.

A loving wife, adoring mother, beloved daughter, caring sister and true friend, Rebecca will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Rebecca will be forever remembered by her dear husband and best friend Gerald Ray Whisenhunt II, . Her precious daughters, Victoria and Marisella, and daughters via marriage, Amberly, Cassidy and Ashley; by her parents Antonio and Estella Juarez; and her brother, Tony Juarez Jr and his wife Donna (who Rebecca considered more a sister than a sister-in-law) and her sister, Veronica Fort. Rebecca will also be forever remembered by her nephews, Michael and Kensley; other family, dear friends and her coworkers.

Rebecca is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Manuel and Sapopa Castilla and paternal grandparents Felix Sr. and Maria Juarez.

Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, November 23, 2018 at Moore Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, TX 76012.

Memorials may be made in Rebecca's name to the American Diabetes Association.
