Henry C. Moore, 89, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 16, 2011.
Service: 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home. Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service.

Henry was born Aug. 16, 1921, in Eldorado, Okla., to Henry and Betty Moore. After graduating from high school, he served his country in World War II and the Korean War with eight years of active service. He was employed by Texas Air National Guard for 23 years. He was a member of Arlington Men's Golf Association and on Sept. 23, 1987, at Lake Arlington Golf Course, he made a hole-in-one on #7. Henry also loved working in his yard. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roger Moore.
Survivors: His loving wife of 53 years, Waunita Moore; and devoted daughter, Tammy Moore.
