Grace Ellen Herr

Keller -- Grace "Gracie" Beck Herr, 78, departed this life to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012. Service: Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller.

Gracie was born Aug. 26, 1933, in Independence, Mo. She loved gardening, reading, church activities, cooking and being with her family. She will always be remembered by her family and friends as having lived a life of true happiness. Gracie always saw the joy in life and freely shared her kindness, laughter, and love.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Beck and Dorothy Anderson; brother, Donald Beck; sister, Joyce Beck; in-laws, Joe and Dorothy Herr; and brother-in-law, Jack Herr.

Survivors: Husband, Robert "Bob" Herr; son, Steven Herr and wife, Lesle; daughter, Patty Cevey and husband, Michael; sister, Sandy Beck; grandchildren, Tyler and Campbell Herr, Chris, David, Ben, and Nahanni Cevey; brother-in-law, Joe Herr and wife, Cheryl; sisters-in-law, Lidy Herr and Claudette Beck; nephew, Jeffrey Herr and wife, Christina; niece, Cristin Leoni and husband, Sebastiano; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Emerson, Isabella, Redding, Vadin, Rocco and Frankie.
