Don Robert Crutchfield

Don Robert Crutchfield, 71 of Arlington, passed away on October 24, 2010. Visitation will be held on November 1st, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm in the visitation room of Moore Funeral Home. Service is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel. An avid fisherman, bicyclist, loving father and grandfather, he enjoyed spending time working in his yard, tinkering at his work bench in his garage, visiting with neighbors and repairing the bicycles of nieghborhood children.

Don was born in Hereford, Texas to James Roy and Donna Crutchfield. He graduated from White Deer High School in 1957. Don was a farmer and truck driver. He resided in Arlington for the last 25 years. He was preceded in death by parents James Roy Crutchfield of Dumas and Donna Galloway of Hereford and one brother Jay Crutchfield of Amarillo.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Shaun and Karyn Crutchfield of Haslet, Kenny and Crysti Crutchfield of Mount Ida, Arkansas and one daughter and son-in-law, Jodi and Kraig Lothe of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren, Christian Isaacs, Taylor Crutchfield, Lyndsey Crutchfield, Kyler Crutchfield, Tessa Crutchfield and Adeline Lothe.
