Deborah "Debbie" Ann Payton (Keister) was born on January 26, 1961 in Freeport, Illinois. She moved to Texas when she was young girl. She lived her life as an adventure. A memorial will be held later.

She was received by her Mom and Father: Ferman & Avis Keister, her brother: Ferman Keister, and many other family members and friends. Debbie is survived by her children and grandchildren; Jason, Brandi, Angela, Mariah, Hailey, Casey, Jayden, Liam. Along with many more family and friends.
