Cheryl E. Stell

Cheryl Etta {Harris) Stell went to be with the Lord June 23rd, 2023.

She was born August 7th, 1945, in the city of Cunningham, Ky to parents Franklin and Rosa Harris. She was baptized into the Corinth Methodist Church in 1950. She was educated at Murray State University in Ky. In 1967 she met the love of her life Walter Stell who was in military service at Ft Knox, Ky. They had a daughter Desira Dawn. In 1978 they moved to Grand Prairie Tx.

Cheryl worked as a personnel placement executive for Management Recruiters for many years and later founded her own company, Energy Staffing Solutions, Inc., specializing in the oil and gas industry.

She is preceded in death by her parents Franklin and Rosa. She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years Walter, her daughter Desira Zimmerer, and three grandsons Nicholas Zimmerer and Shelby, Christopher Zimmerer and Tyler, and Zachary Zimmerer and Hannah Lindsey. She also had three great grandchildren.

Cheryl has chosen to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at the Arlington Salvation Army Chapel on July 15th at 4:00pm at 712 west Abram Street. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Salvation Army.
