Bobbye Clayton Phifer, passed away in Athens, Texas, on November 19, 2024, at the age of 94. She was born in Shreveport Louisiana, daughter of Robert and Neva Clayton. She lived in the Arlington community for several decades and attended St. Albans Anglican Parish.
Bobbye is survived by her husband Lester Bud Phifer of Athens Texas and her children Ronnie, Patricia and Charles Miller of Louisiana. She was predeceased in death by her daughter Sheri Bierman.
Bobbye will be interred at St. Albans Anglican Parish in Arlington.
