Services for Bettie J. Duncan, 82, of Arlington, who passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012, will be held Friday, December 7, at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis, at 10am. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 6, at Moore Funeral Home from 6-8pm. Bro. Grady Cashion of First Baptist Church Blooming Grove will officiate.
Bettie Duncan was born October 30, 1930 in Wolfe City, TX to C.H. and Leon Latimer. She was raised in Wolfe City where she met and married the love of her life, Eddie Duncan. They married in January of 1945. They lived the majority of their married life in Arlington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie, her parents, and two sisters. She is survived by her son: Dwight Duncan and his wife Brenda of Corsicana, TX; her daughter: Linda Foster and her husband Loren of Arlington, TX.; grandchildren: Gay Lyn and Bobby Hendrik of Corsicana; Doug and Michelle Foster of Arlington; great grandsons: Kyle and Jake Foster; sister: Jane Thompson.
