Nancy M. Kollins, 78 of Arlington Heights was born May 10, 1943 in Gillespie, IL to James and Irma (Heinz) Ross and passed away April 18, 2022.
Nancy was the beloved wife of Richard J. “Dick” Kollins; loving mother of Richard S. “Rick” (Julie) Kollins, Daniel Kollins, Kim (Tom) Herms and Cynthia (late Steve) Ballew; cherished grandmother of Richard Kollins, Joseph Kollins, Trevor (Amanda) Olsen and Mackenzie Ballew.
Visitation will be Friday, April 29, 2022 from 4-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights.
Family and friends will gather Saturday, April 30 at 11:45 AM at St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for a Funeral Mass at 12 noon.
Interment will be private.
