Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 1 at 3:30 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Apopka, Florida. Burial will follow in the Edgewood Greenwood Cemetery, Apopka. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements in Alabama.
Mrs. Shupert was born and reared in Midland City, Alabama, daughter of the late Frank Hartzog and Eva Ward Hartzog. She lived in the Midland City area, Apopka and Hortense, Florida before moving to Eufaula. Mrs. Shupert is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Walter “Pete” Shupert, a daughter, Audrey Shupert Clifton and a son, Samuel Shupert.
Surviving relatives include two daughters, Charlotte Shupert Lovell (James), and Beverly Shupert, all of Eufaula; eight grandchildren, Charlotte Clifton, Samantha Rhodes, Sabrina Franklin, Dolly Smith, Tina McDowell, James Lovell, Jr., Samuel Lovell and Christopher Lovell; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
