Jerry Allen Wilkins Sr.

Jerry Allen Wilkins Sr., age 82, of Angier, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Jerry was born October 2, 1939 to the late Maxie Wilkins and JoAnn Campbell. Jerry had a strong love for Jesus and spent many mornings on the back porch listening to the gospel over a cup of coffee. In addition to his love for the Lord, Jerry loved his family like no other. He had many hobbies including playing tennis in his spare time and singing karaoke. Many people know Jerry as "Broadway" from karaoke nights at Becky's Log Cabin where many memories were made with the legend himself.

In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his brother; Thomas Wilkins, son-in-law Ricky Johnson and beloved granddaughter Jennifer J. Pope.

Jerry is survived by his sons; Jerry "Allen" Wilkins Jr. (Connie), Scott Wilkins and his daughter Pamela Wilkins Johnson, brother; Jim Wilkins (Elsy) from CO, niece; Jessica Wilkins, grandson Daniel and great grandchildren; Austin Carroll, Caitlin Pope, Nathan Pope, Kayla Johnson and Cole Johnson.
