Donald "Don" Frederick Lemaire

He was born to the late Donald J. and Joyce M. Kauffman Lemaire on October 13, 1953 in Red Bank, NJ. Don graduated from Penn Highlands High School in 1971. After serving in the Air Force, he studied at Penn State and later became a Certified Addictions Counselor and Clinical Supervisor at The Meadows Psychiatric Center. He was a member of The Fame Fire Company and Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church. Don was a published cartoonist and continued to compose music, a life-long love of Don's. His favorite past times were watching the NY Yankees and playing his beloved guitar.

Don is survived by his loving siblings, Karen Lemaire Doty of Holly Springs, NC, Kevin Lemaire of Fuquay-Varina, NC, and Michelle Lemaire Siemasko of Apex, NC; nephews, Kevin and Kyle Doty; and nieces, Casey Siemasko Moore and Alexis Siemasko.

A prayer service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Apex Funeral Home in Apex, NC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
