Carol Sue Page

Carol was born on September 12, 1944 in Bramwell, West Virginia to the late Wallace Casper Rye and Fannie Victoria Rye. She married the love of her life, Bobbie Lee Page, on September 7, 1963 in Coopers, West Virginia. After living in several places for her husband's military service, they settled in Apex, NC in the late 70's where they lived for 42 years. While there, Carol was a member of Apex Baptist Church, worked as library aide at Apex Middle School for three years, and volunteered at Western Wake Crisis Ministries. On January 22, 2020, Carol had a stroke that left her wheelchair bound so they moved to a home in Fuquay-Varina that could accommodate her needs.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bobbie L. Page; daughter, Tami L. Barron (Robbie); grandson, Matthew C. Kiker and numerous friends and acquaintances. A memorial service may be held at a later date.
