Brian was born October 10, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a very proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and for the past 25 years worked for various medical companies as an amazing sales rep and respected manager.
Brian brought much joy and excitement to living. He dearly loved his wife and children and worked with purpose to provide them with every evidence of that love. He was a strong supporter of his children and their sports activities - most recently as basketball coach. Brian loved nothing more than riding roller coasters with his children, all of them screaming at the same time. Brian and an amusement park meant a fun and exciting time for his family! He was a strong supporter of his beloved Tar Heels, especially their basketball team. He was a rabid fan and devoted follower of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brian was popular at Supper Club with their many friends, especially because of his "Boat Drinks". He loved to dance. He had a collection of sports hats (some with matching shirts) that kept him amused and shaded. Golf was his favorite passion and he enjoyed many years perfecting his game. And he loved the holidays - especially decorating for them. He's known for a Halloween that's spectacular and his Christmas decorations were the hit of his neighborhood. He and Allison have had five dogs, all of which he loved and enjoyed, especially Maggie and Lizzie. To remember Brian is to remember a tall, handsome, intelligent and kind man who always smiled, always helped, always supported and encouraged his family and friends. Brian's life was an honest celebration of his way of living and we are all going to remember and celebrate him that way.
Brian is survived by his wife of 15 years, Allison Rousseau Champ; daughter, Palmer; sons, Cooper and Quinn; Allison's parents, Maryanne and George Rousseau; parents, Raymond and Meredyth Champ; sister, Megan Morgan and husband, Jeremy.
