Sorry to hear about Don. What a great friend he was in our neighborhood on Terrace, at SLP High School, and then after I got out of the Army in 1972. What fun we had with Don and all the neighborhood gang as Bill recounted. Such a happy guy and fun to be with. Great laugh! Hard worker too. He really impressed my father-in-law Rodney and his crew in his cement business one summer. He always impressed me. Remember the good times.

Wow so many memories growing up, playing football in the street, baseball at Terrace Park, riding our bikes to Moore Lake and playing hide & seek at night. What a great neighborhood. Don was always in the middle of everything. As we got older the fun we had playing cards, partying in St. Cloud & Long Prairie.
Don might be gone but we all have many happy memories of our time with him.

I have fond memories of working with Donny at TCB-VM back in the old days and of the fun times had - at Lakeview Supper Club with Donny, Patty, Clayton, Nan, and Denny.  I wish I could have been there to tell you myself on Saturday.  So sorry to hear of his passing. I know you will all miss him very much.

Cindy and the E.l.k. family. I was pained to hear of Don's passing. We spent many fun times together golfing and watching his beloved Vikings. Don and i were usually in the same cart when we golfed and i will surely miss his laugh and friendship. Don was one of the nicest people i have ever met and i do not recall him ever being angry except if you snuck in a hot wing on him(San Diego) maybe Don can pull some strings in heaven  to get some help for his beloved Vikings.
