A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mr. Thurman Lloyd Kelley, 78 of Ohatchee, will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Boiling Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until service time. Mr. Kelley passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at his home surrounded by family. Mr. Kelley is survived by one son, Jeffrey Kelley and wife, Rita, of Ohatchee; grandchildren, Chad (Brandy) Turner, Brandi (Micah) Hammonds, Specialist Brady Kelley and Jenna Kelley; great grandchildren, Brandalyn and Bryant Turner, Addisyn and Aidan Hammonds; his present wife, Peggy Hill Kelley; her children, Jimmy Darrel Hill (Renaye), Jackie Nunnelly (Keith), and Debra Dickerson (Jeff); sister, Juanita Walker (Bo); brother, Bud Kelley and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Kelley is preceded in death by parents, Thurman and Wannie Kelley; wife of 50 years Sue Kelley. Mr. Kelley retired as Street Superintendent of The City of Anniston after 38 years of service. Pallbearer will by Brady Kelley, Chad Turner, Micah Hammonds, Duane Mitchell, Danny Prater, Ricky Cole, Tim Kelley and Layton McGrady.
