Funeral Services for Matt Doss, 66 of Rabbittown will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Gray Brown-Service with Rev. Scotti Simpson officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral service at Highland Cemetery.
Mr. Doss passed away August 22, 2019 at Anniston Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Robbie Whitman; daughter, Ronda Whitman; son, Josh Whitman; grandchildren, Riley Whitman and Mayson Whitman; great-grandchild, Ayden Deason; brothers, Doug Doss and Tom Doss.
Mr. Doss is preceded in death by his dad, W. A. Doss; mother, Doris Payne and great-grandson, Briley Deason.
Pallbearers will be Josh Whitman, Logan Doss, Tom Doss, Alex Doss, Pat Trussell and David Trussell.
Matt was a very talented musician, as a child of the '70s, he loved rock and roll. He was a native of Rabbittown, AL and a graduate of Jacksonville State University.
