Linda Rose Lowe

Funeral service for Linda Collins Lowe, 71 of Oxford, Alabama will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 30, 2015 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father Bryan Lowe officiating. Burial will follow at Oxford Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm, Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary. Ms. Lowe passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 at her residence.

Survivors include her daughters, Michelle Lantron, Jerri Lowe, Terri Lowe, Dresden Aldrich and husband, Lance and special daughter, Danni McCann; her grandchildren, Kattie Andrews and husband, Shawn, Hannah Garriga, Ryan Shuffield, Lauren Lantron, Hunter Shuffield, Brooks Grant, Emily Lantron, Madison Lantron and Autumn Shuffield; great-grandchildren, Kinsley Aldrich, Zachary Andrews, Joseph Andrews, Finn Aldrich, Hayden Aldrich; her mother, Ann R. Collins; brothers, Joe Collascco and Jerry Collins.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry W. Lowe; father, Brooks G. Collins; grandmother, Rose Smelter; granddaughter, Jennifer Myers; and her brothers, Gary E. Collins and Richard Collins.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Shuffield, Shawn Andrews, Levi Reed, Lance Aldrich, Joe Collascco, Ryan Shuffield and Jerry Collins. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cody Walker, Aaron Walker, Zachary Andrews and Joseph Andrews.

Linda grew up in Oxford, Alabama, graduating from Oxford High in 1964. She lived most of her life along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She spend her life doing all she could to help them. She managed finance companies for over 30 years, with the last 15 years with Citi Finance in Bay St. Louis, MS. She lived her life selflessly, doing for others and putting her children and grandchildren before herself. She was Memaw to everyone, and will be greatly missed by every life she touched.
